Where do you get your hay?
Our orchard grass is purchased in bulk as bales from Carter's Hay & Grain in Encinitas, CA.
Our 3-Way and 5-Way is purchased in bulk as bales from Diamond D Feed & Supply Co in Ramona, CA.
Why Orchard Grass and not Timothy Hay?
Simply put, my husband is allergic to timothy hay. Orchard grass is lower on the allergen index when it comes to hay and the first alternative to those allergic to timothy. Orchard grass is also much easier to manipulate when filling toys.
What is 3-Way and 5-Way?
3-Way is a mixture of Oat, Wheat and Barely while 5-Way is Oat, Wheat, Barely, Rye and Bermuda. We switch between the two depending on what our supplier has in stock.
How are you handling Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus serotype 2 (RHDV2)?
Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus serotype 2 (RHDV2) is active in California. All of our personal rabbits and fosters are up to date on their vaccinations. Hay and toy parts used in our toys are stored indoors away from wildlife.
Where is my tracking number?
When your order ships, you will receive your confirmation with tracking details. If you did not receive your shipping confirmation, please contact us at buttercupsbunnyboutique@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help!
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 7-14 business days, if not sooner is most cases. All our products are handmade made-to-order generally the following weekend once the order is placed.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping preference selected during checkout. Most U.S. domestic orders take between 1-5 business days.
If you need an order by an urgent and specific date (birthday gift, etc), please contact us to confirm delivery times and/or to make other arrangements.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?
We want you and your furbabies to be happy, especially when you purchase our products.
If you would like to make a return, we'll be sad but would like to know how we can improve for you! You can send over return and exchange requests to buttercupsbunnyboutique@gmail.com. We'll glady assist!

They can be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Most likely, yes! We love our international customers, too. We ship worldwide and offer economical shipping options for you.
How Long Does it Take to Get to Me?
Delivery times vary from country to country, but typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on customs. Canada orders will typically be delivered as fast as one week.
Will I Have to Pay for Any Duties and Taxes When I Receive My Order?
You may be subject to any additional duties or taxes, which we have don't have control over. Please check with your local post office if you are unsure.
